I got back into the art of ceramics in 2017 after enjoying it in high school classes almost 20 years prior. I wasn't anticipating that it would take me anywhere new, I was just excited to get messy and have a little fun. So, I'm exceedingly happy to have found an incredible path to follow, to grow, and express myself through art.

I took a class and met Kurt, who is a skilled potter. He is an inspiration, and his passion is infectious. He offers me guidance, encouragement, and a push to take risks while allowing me to find my own way and develop a unique individual style. I can't thank him enough for being my biggest fan and a beloved friend.

I want to create wares to be used in real life, for eating, drinking, holding and by any and all means using. I look forward to helping people through donations, participating in the Empty Bowls event, and getting involved with the community. In life I would love to encourage you to stay conscious, genuine and real, keep an open heart, and if you find something to create, do so with moxie and passion—and do it often.
